Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items with opened or damaged packaging
  • Sale items (unless defective)

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hookedjapan.nl@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship to the provided return address
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hookedjapan.nl@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
